What do I need to set up a CoverMe profile and account?
A Profile Image/ Insurance certificate/ Class Certification Documents/ ID/ Some pictures & Videos of yourself teaching! A good photo gallery increases your selection chances by 80%.
Is it really free for me to use CoverMe?
Yes, it is free for instructors.

How do I post a request for cover?
Go to the ‘cover I need ‘on your App. If the venue you teach at has a full management package you will be able to post your cover. If they do NOT, you need to source cover in your usual way.
How do you protect my data?
We are compliant with GDPR
My insurance documents and certificates are on my computer – how do I get them onto the App?
Screen shot your document and upload. We need to see clearly the detail on the document.
Why has the App requested my bank details.
Your Bank details are required to pay you, if you cover at a new club.
I made a mistake when putting in my information to set up my account – can I change it?
Yes, edit your details on the profile section. Click into the relevant section and swipe left to edit.
Will using this App change how I invoice?
If you are a covering at a club where you do NOT teach a permanent class- generate your invoice after your class:

I need to cover multiple classes on one day at my club – do I need to post them individually?
Yes, you do need to post each class individually.
Can I cancel a cover request once I have posted it to my club?
Once the Venue has picked up your request, you are no longer able to make a change - you need to contact the manager of the venue app.
Do I only receive relevant cover jobs?
Yes, the CoverMe. App will only send you a job offer if it matches the classes you teach, your location and pay rate.
Will the CoverMe App calendar update my phone calendar.
At the moment, your class is just added to your Instructor App calendar.
What happens when I post a cover request?
Check the ‘Cover I Need’ Tab. You’ll see a cover instructors name if someone has accepted your job. You’ll also receive a notification once a cover instructor accepts.
Can I request a particular instructor to cover my class.?
No as the cover has been posted and the venue selects who covers. But let your fellow instructor know to apply!
Can I cancel a cover request.
No – please contact the venue.
What is the minimum time I can cancel a class that I accepted?
A class under 60 minutes cannot be cancelled on the App. You need to urgently call the club. Please refer to your CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY
I need to cancel a class I accepted to do – what do I do?
Go to: Approved/Cancel this Cover
